The space
Step inside and discover a vacation home designed for comfort and entertainment. The main floor welcomes you with a spacious Living Area, featuring a large sectional sofa and a 75-inch Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open layout seamlessly connects to the dining and kitchen areas, creating a social hub for gatherings. The Downstairs Master Suite offers a private sanctuary with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom, all complemented by a 55-inch Smart TV.
Upstairs, the Entertainment Loft provides another big sectional for entertainment, movie nights, a 75-inch TV, ideal for gaming or enjoying a movie with the Kids away from the main living area. Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable retreat. The Queen Bedroom and Second Queen Bedroom offer queen beds and 42-inch Smart TVs. The Boys Bedroom features a bunk bed with a full and twin bed, along with a 42-inch Smart TV, while the Girls Bedroom provides two twin beds and a 42-inch Smart TV. The converted Game Room in the garage offers additional entertainment for guests of all ages. Outside, the Outdoor Private Pool & Spa area invites you to relax and unwind, complete with a private screened pool, spa, and a comfortable swinging lounge chair.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house during their stay. The property is located inside a gated community, and access to the community is permitted at all times.

Checkout Instructions

Thank you for staying with us! We hope you had a wonderful stay. Please follow these checkout instructions before your departure.

Checkout Time:
Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp. This allows our cleaning team enough time to prepare the home for the next guests.

Parking:
Please make sure all vehicles are removed from the community parking area before checkout time to avoid any issues with the community management.

Trash Disposal: Monday recycle pick up, and Regular trash are pick up on Tuesday.
All trash must be taken to the bins (almost directly in front of it).
Trash must not be left inside the home.

If excessive trash is left inside the property or not disposed of properly, a $100 trash removal fee may be charged.

Before You Leave:

Please wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.

Place used towels in the bathroom.

Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances.

Set the thermostat to 75°F in summer / 70°F in winter.

Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
